How the Silent Auction Works
Strong nonprofit auction pages make participation feel easy: show people what is worth watching, how to bid, and what to expect before they even walk into the event.
Preview the lineup
Scan the categories, spot the headliners, and decide which experiences or packages are worth tracking before Carnival gets busy.
Bid during Carnival
Place bids at the event using the auction setup provided that day from 2 - 4:30 PM. Focus first on the items with the broadest appeal or the most limited access.
Watch the close
Silent auctions work best when bidders know when to jump back in. Keep an eye on closing time, last bids, payment and pickup details. Square and cash payments will accepted on site to take home your winning bid!
Auction Highlights
Nonprofit auction pages tend to convert better when they spotlight a few true headliners, then support them with clear secondary groups that match how bidders actually think: big value, family fun, and grown-up experiences.
