95 Items, One Big Afternoon to Bid
Flower Valley Elementary's PTA Silent Auction is our biggest fundraiser of the school year, bringing in an average of more than $13,000 annually to support the programs and experiences that make our school community thrive—like field trips, enrichment activities, and other PTA-sponsored events and resources. This year, we're aiming even higher with a goal of $15,000, and we need every family's help to make it our best auction yet—come browse, bid, and spread the word so we can surpass our goal together!

How the Silent Auction Works
We want this to feel easy on Carnival day: preview your favorites, bid between events, and be ready to wrap up before the close.

Look through the six categories before Carnival gets busy so you can spot your must-bid items early.
Bid from 2:00 to 4:30 PM
Place bids during the auction window while you enjoy the Carnival. Check back often on the items that matter most to you.
Pay and pick up at 4:30 PM
Winners should stay on site to pay for and collect their items at the close. We can accept cash or credit cards.
