The PTA helps coordinate the ceremony, but volunteers make it possible for guests to feel welcomed and for 5th grade families to stay present for the big moment.
Guest support
Ushers, seating support, and general event guidance for arriving families.
Program support
Tech or slideshow help, plus program table support if paper programs are offered.
Setup & wrap-up
Decoration setup, cleanup, and general event support before and after the ceremony.
